The marriage application form is one of the key points in starting the marriage process. It is very important to familiarize yourself with the submission rules to avoid mistakes and subsequent delays.

Spelling

It is very important to fill out the form correctly, paying attention to the capitalization and lowercase letters. This information will be used to prepare the application for a marriage license in Denmark.

The form must be filled out completely — saving an incomplete form is not possible.

Before filling out the form, prepare your passports, divorce documents, and birth certificates of any children together. This will speed up the process of filling out the form.

Before you start

It is very important to complete the questionnaire correctly. This data will be used to submit your application for the certificate of marriage. The questionnaire can NOT be saved in between! To fill in, you will need the data from your documents. Prepare your travel documents, divorce decrees, death certificate, birth certificate of common children before you start the questionnaire. Please pay attention to the upper and lower case and that all data is complete and correct.
